Students must register by downloading the following PDF form.  Once filled out it must be mailed in.  click this for form.

At least half of course tuition must be received no later than 30 days prior to date of class to reserve your spot. This can be done via check or money order along with the above form. If student makes final payment the day of class this must be done via money order or cash. No exceptions. Sorry.

A current concealed carry license is required for all civilians attending any ADS course. This must be presented before the commencement of any and all classes.  Failure to do so will result in the removal from class minus your registration fee. This is strictly enforced! Law enforcement/Military personnel must present their their current ID's at the time of class.

Cancellations must be received in writing or e-mail no later than 15 days prior to class in order to receive a full refund. Also, please read the following.


I understand and acknowledge that Argive Defense Systems reserves the right to deny and or remove anyone from training for the following reasons:

• Non-US citizens at the discretion of ADS

• Less than 18 years of age

• Unsafe and negligent handling of firearms or equipment

• Harassment of fellow students

• Failing to follow all instructions of ADS staff

• Moral turpitude infractions to include criminal history and or gang related affiliations and or activities(this will be based on our own opinion)

• Any improper actions as deemed by ADS staff which would interfere with the safe and enjoyable experience of training

I understand and acknowledge Argive Defense Systems advises to any and all students that what is taught is neither sanctioned nor endorsed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the PA State Police in part or in whole, regardless of similarities actual or perceived.

I understand and acknowledge it is the students responsibility to research and comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of force in self defense.

I understand and acknowledge that Argive Defense Systems, its staff and all interested parties disclaim any liability for any damage or injury of any kind which may result during training.

I understand and acknowledge that I will be engaging in tactical firearms training which is an inherently life threatening activity. I understand that there is the possibility that I may be seriously injured and or killed during training. I understand that my safety is my own personal responsibility. THE TRIGGER GUARD UNTIL THE DECISION HAS BEEN

MADE TO SHOOT AND THE GUN IS ALIGNED WITH THE TARGET


• NEVER COVER ANYTHING WITH THE MUZZLE THAT YOU

ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY


• BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEHIND IT


• NEVER ATTEMPT TO CATCH A FALLING WEAPON
