At least half of course tuition must be received no later than 30 days prior to date of class to reserve your spot. This can be done via check or money order along with the above form. If student makes final payment the day of class this must be done via money order or cash. No exceptions. Sorry.

A current concealed carry license is required for all civilians attending any ADS course. This must be presented before the commencement of any and all classes. Failure to do so will result in the removal from class minus your registration fee. This is strictly enforced! Law enforcement/Military personnel must present their their current ID's at the time of class.

Cancellations must be received in writing or e-mail no later than 15 days prior to class in order to receive a full refund. Also, please read the following.

I understand and acknowledge that Argive Defense Systems reserves the right to deny and or remove anyone from training for the following reasons:

- Non-US citizens at the discretion of ADS

- Less than 18 years of age.

- Unsafe and negligent handling of firearms or equipment.

- Harassment of fellow students.

- Failing to follow all instructions of ADS staff.

- Moral turpitude infractions to include criminal history and or gang related affiliations and or activities (this will be based on our own opinion)

- Any improper actions as deemed by ADS staff which would interfere with the safe and enjoyable experience of training.
